Our portfolio includes industrial, retail, Childcare and residential at present, but we have owned and sold offices and even the odd development site.

As agents ourselves we understand the importance of a quick decision and with the long term support of our bankers, Handelsbanken, and a low gearing we have funds immediately available for further purchases.
