Nibley Business Park

We acquired a group of former farm buildings well located on the outskirts of Bristol adjoining Badminton Road Trading Estate Yate and having obtained change of use we redeveloped the site to provide six business units.

The largest units were subsequently let to Sovereign Housing Association who substantially improved the original specification to provide high quality air conditioned office accommodation. Having held the investment for many years the estate was sold in 2016 to a SIPP investor.
