Lyde Green, Emersons Green, Bristol

Working once again with leading Childrens Nursery operator Happy Days we purchased a site on the fast expanding Lyde Green development and secured planning for an 81 place nursery.

Works commenced at the beginning of March 2019 and the site was handed over fully fitted out for occupation on 10th December 2019.

The scheme was let for a term of 25 years and was pre sold to institutional investors.
