Apsley House and Water Street Mews, Dursley

We bought a rather run down but lovely grade II listed town house in the centre of this Cotswold market town together with a modern meeting hall to the rear.

Working with local architects we gained consent for the creation of 6 affordable apartments in the main house with prices starting from just under £50,000.

By partially demolishing the hall to create a new ‘street’, 4 modern cottages were developed in a space previously consented for a single two bed house conversion.
